She has worked with companies, insurance carriers, and government agencies to better understand the root causes of work-related leave, employee dissatisfaction, and rising turnover. Her experience includes supporting employees through career transitions, improving operational processes, and helping leaders uncover the sources of stress within their teams, programs, and departments.

Richelle holds a Master’s degree in Organization Development and Change, giving her a strong foundation in diagnosing organizational challenges, guiding change, and creating practical solutions that improve both employee experience and business outcomes.
